        <pre>The Clang compiler currently passes a debugging build to ptxas when
-fsave-optimization-record is specified. This causes ptxas to fail when
optimizations are enabled as well. This same behavior doesn't happen when using
'-g' or '-Rpass=<pass>' which also enable debugging information. This makes it
impossible to get an optimization report for most optimizations since they
require optimizations. I tested this using a new build of clang from master.
