<pre>I am building LLVM with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019. The following line in
SIShrinkInstructions.cpp produces a warning, which is treated as an error.
if (Size > 1 && (I->getNumImplicitOperands() > (I->isCopy() ? 0 : 1)))
produces
...SIShrinkInstructions.cpp(551): warning C4018: '>': signed/unsigned mismatch
The problem is fixed by using 0U and 1U.</pre>
