FreeBSD head, LLVM 11.0.0 rc2, powerpc64 elfv2

First, this is quite a peculiar bug, as it reproduces when using LLVM 11,
during building of LLVM 11 itself, with added -mcpu=power9. As such, it's a
case of Clang tripping over its own code.

Since I believe this bug is pretty important and reducing this has taken over a
week already on my own hardware, I'm only attaching Clang-generated script and
preprocessed source.</pre>
