<pre>Installing clang-10 or llvm-10 from our apt (<a href="https://apt.llvm.org/">https://apt.llvm.org/</a>) includes
cmake files in lib/cmake, but because these packages do not include header
files it's not clear that there's any value in including the cmake files.
Perhaps these files should be removed from the package and only included in
-dev packages?
