The llvm binary tarballs page includes Ubuntu builds for aarch64 and ppc64le.
https://releases.llvm.org/download.html

I'm hoping this means the project has tooling for building on these
architectures, and it would be possible to wrap the binaries in deb packaging,
as is currently done for amd64 at https://apt.llvm.org/

Travis CI now supports aarch64 (arm64) and ppc64le. deb packages for these
architectures would make it easy to get Travis coverage for projects that use
recent clang compilers.
