<pre>I just tried downloading the zip from GitHub, and the file in question is
there. And as far as I can tell, there isn't anything unusual about the file
in git.
Closing. If you can consistently consistently reproduce this issue, please
reopen with details about your environment (operating system etc.), full
reproduction steps and the actual error output of the failed build.</pre>
