We're seen test failures in Halide, caused by r371640.
The difference in assembly can be seen if running the following command with
and without the changes in r371640.
llc -O3 -mcpu=hexagonv60 -mattr='+hvx-length64b' -mattr='+long-calls'
halide_shared_runtime.ll</pre>
