I just added you on the CC-by-default list for libraries/RISC-V as requested.
I am afraid I don't know of any builtin bugzilla feature that would allow
getting cc'd automatically based on words in the title or other fields in a
ticket.
My own proxy for such a feature is to subscribe to <a href="mailto:llvm-bugs@lists.llvm.org">llvm-bugs@lists.llvm.org</a>,
which should receive an email on all bug updates, and then use email filtering
to only let the bug email reports get through that I'm interested in. Not
ideal, but works well enough, at least for me. I hope that helps?
