Whether or not "--entry" is set explicitly, the resulting wasm object doesn't
seem to include a start symbol according to "wasm-objdump" (while it does show
one if the start symbol is set another way).

The problem should be easy enough to replicate, but I've attached a script
demonstrating it anyway.</pre>
