Most LLVM tools support response files (i.e. something like llvm-readelf
@response.txt, where response.txt contains a list of inputs and options for the
tool). However, llvm-objcopy and llvm-strip do not. I think this is an artifact
of them using tablegen to build. I think it's relatively easy to fix - the cl
namespace provides ExpandResponseFiles, which is used e.g. by LLD to support
them.
