<pre>Interesting. This issue predates the commit in question; all versions of clang
accept:
// operator name as name of template parameter
template<int operator+> struct X {};
// template-id as name of template parameter
template<typename T> struct Y {};
template<int Y<int> > struct Z {};
// qualified-id as name of template parameter
struct Q {};
template<int Q::Z> struct R {};
The relevant commit causes us to start additionally accepting this case:
template <int A<void> > struct C;
(where A is not declared at all).
