<pre>Some llvm-objcopy error messages include the name of the file, but others do
not. In the majority of cases, printing the file name is likely to make sense.
Only where the error is to do with something external to an input file (e.g.
command-line options) does this not make sense. We should add it where it is
missing throughout llvm-objcopy, so that it is easy to identify which file has
a problem.</pre>
