If --strip-sections is run on an ELF object, it strips the section headers, and
updates the ELF header accordingly. However, if you attempt to run llvm-objcopy
again on the same executable, you get the following error message:
c:\llvm\build\debug\bin\llvm-objcopy.exe: error: e_shstrndx field value 0 in
elf header is invalid.

(Note also the extra space in the error message...)
The builder doesn't handle executables without a section header string table,
so we need to add support for this case.
