It appears that reverting <<a href="https://reviews.llvm.org/rL348352">https://reviews.llvm.org/rL348352</a>> "[clang] -
Simplify tools::SplitDebugName" would fix that, creating tmp.dwo instead of
some /tmp/test-*.dwo.</pre>
