Reproducer script
We're finding that an assertion fires in clangd on ToT (r356309). The script
attached generates the following error:
clangd:
/usr/local/google/home/juliehockett/llvm/llvm-project/clang/lib/Basic/FileManager.cpp:231:
const clang::FileEntry *clang::FileManager::getFile(llvm::StringRef, bool,
bool): Assertion `NamedFileEnt.second == &UFE && "filename from getStatValue()
refers to wrong file"' failed.</pre>
