<pre>Currently LSR has a mix of wrapping arithmetic (by casting to uint64_t),
overflow checks and UB due to signed overflow.
As Eli suggested <a href="https://reviews.llvm.org/D59211">https://reviews.llvm.org/D59211</a>, each formula should store the
underlying bit width, so we can do wrapping properly (e.g. if the bitwidth of
the inputs is >64bit)</pre>
