I think the 2nd argument is wrong, it should be -3, since the value of the
predefined macro __FLT16_MIN_10_EXP__ should be -3 instead of -13. So change
that line to this:
int Min10Exp = PickFP(Sem, -3, -37, -307, -4931, -291, -4931);</pre>
