<pre>Hi,
GCC accepts this code, Clang (including version 8) doesn't:
__attribute__((target("sse2"))) int inner();
__attribute__((target("avx2"))) int inner();
__attribute__((target("sse2"))) int outer();
__attribute__((target("sse2")))
int outer()
{
return inner();
}
test.cc:9:9: error: no matching function for call to 'inner'
return inner();
^~~~~
1 error generated.
I don't see how this is supposed to work; the only way I can get it to compile
with Clang is to remove the avx2 version, but that sort of removes the point of
multiversioning.</pre>
