<pre>For COFF, llvm-readobj --needed-libs does not list delay-loaded libraries.
For Mach-O, llvm-readobj --needed-libs lists lazy-loaded and weakly-loaded
libraries.
The default behavior should be consistent across binary types, and it should be
possible to decide whether to show them or not (especially for Mach-O, where
there is no alternative way to see this data from llvm-readobj afaict, although
there is with llvm-objdump).</pre>
