<pre>On windows paths like <dir>/<unexistent dir or existent file>/../<file> are
correct. Therefore if someone includes header like this:
#include "../header.h"
and compiles with /I <unexistent path>, clang might not find header.h and fails
unlike microsoft cl.
clang checks existence of -I dir in InitHeaderSearch::AddUnmappedPath from
lib/Frontend/InitHeaderSearch.cpp</pre>
