I'm afraid we don't issue patch releases for Clang 5 any more, so there's not
much more we can do about this other than to suggest you upgrade to a more
recent version. (Sadly, I don't think there's a good workaround other than
avoiding mixing explicit instantiation and explicitly-defaulted functions.)</pre>
