Patch to the current version of build.html
I was curious to build lldb for the first time in a while, and I found tbe
build instructions on the web site antiquated. I updated build.html to:
1. Mention and link to the Swift-compatible version.
2. Eliminate distinctions between ancient versions of Xcode.
3. Factor out the "download source" instruction into the Preliminaries section,
as it is a shared requirement.
4. Eliminate the unhelpful link to "Source" from the Mac OS X build
instructions, as it was linking to a binaries download page.
I think with these changes the documentation will better serve people who are
interested in building lldb.</pre>
