Thanks Sanjay, I think we can close this.

Re PMULLW/PMULLD - this maybe useful for some cases (FeatureSlowPMULLD,
constant pool size, broadcast-vs-hoisted-vs-non-hoisted constants etc.) but
that can wait for now.</pre>
