<pre>Right now the measurements (latency, uops) are given as average per
instruction.
This made sense originally:
- For uops, all instructions are the same
- For latency, the first version only handled self-looping instructions.
Now that latency handles going through other instructions and that we support
custom code snippets, we should give the value for the whole snippet too.</pre>
