<pre>CachePruning.cpp only considers files with names that start in "llvmcache-", as
a safeguard against deleting user-created files.
LTO/Caching.cpp creates files with names that start in "Thin-".
The combination of those things has the effect that temporary files are not
considered when pruning the cache. This can lead to the somewhat surprising and
undesirable situation where the cache is not pruned, even though it exceeds the
maximum size set by the policy.</pre>
