Test source file that triggers the bug
Since SVN r339472, "[ARM] Adjust AND immediates to make them cheaper to
select", the compiler seems to run forever when compiling certain source files.
To reproduce, compile the attached testcase with "clang -target
armv7-w64-mingw32 -c VbrTag.preproc.c -O2". (It also seems to behave similarly
with a target of armv7-linux-gnueabihf, but with more warnings.)</pre>
