Example sequence
I've discovered an issue whereby if I were to run clang-format not once but
twice consecutively on the same input then the output of the first and second
runs are not identical. After two runs the output seems to be correct and
"stable".
I'm attaching a minimal test case with a clang-format configuration file.
I believe the issue might be related to the lack of space after the trailing
single-line comments.</pre>
