<pre>If you create a PDB with MSVC linker and then run pdb2yaml on it and yaml2pdb
on the output file, the resulting PDB cannot be used to debug the original
program. It looks like our streams aren't byte for byte identical, and in some
cases we don't emit certain streams at all (for example public and global hash
stream).</pre>
