<pre>LLD does not currently correctly support output when there are >= 0xff00
sections. The first problem I noticed was that the e_shstrndx field was corrupt
(the index had been truncated). I didn't investigate any other issues.
Although with a full link such output is very unlikely, relocatable (-r) output
could easily result in many sections being present, e.g. due to
-ffunction-sections output. Without fixing this issue, LLD and other binary
tools cannot consume such an output.</pre>
