For this RFE, specifically, I want to preserve this:
auto operator|( \
Range const& range, \
name##_view_adapter_t< Args... > const& adapter ) \
// definition
...but there seems to be no option to do so, as there is for definitions.
Instead I am stuck with clang-format producing:
auto operator|( Range const& range, \
name##_view_adapter_t< Args... > const& adapter ) \
// definition
Despite the subject, it probably makes more sense to refactor
AllowAllParametersOfDeclarationOnNextLine into AllowAllParametersOnNextLine
with possible values 'definition', 'declaration', 'yes'/'always'/etc., and
'never'.</pre>
