For this RFE, basically, I'd like to be able to be able to have
AllowShortFunctionsOnASingleLine be true in macro definitions, as well as
function bodies.
This is related to <a class="bz_bug_link

href="show_bug.cgi?id=37702">https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37702</a>, but here, I
want to be able to write both:
#define blah \
int foo() { bar(); }
...and:
#define blah \
int foo(really_long_type x)
{ bar(x); }</pre>
