The -print-schedule functionality doesn't know how to handle instruction that
doesn't "consume" processor resource cycles.
Ideally, the throughput of an instruction that doesn't consume processor
resources (for example: a zero latency instruction) should default to the value
of `IssueWidth / #MicroOps`.</pre>
