<pre>Lifetime intrinsics are also controlled by optimization settings. I would
expect this to be the primary source of interesting IR differences for an
analyzer.
In any case, there is -Xclang -disable-O0-optnone if you want -O0 IR without
the optnone attribute.</pre>
