Backtrace for the failed assertion
Testing current master (b0644ab) built with `gcc (Ubuntu 7.2.0-8ubuntu3.2)
7.2.0` I saw a failing assertion for the omp_init_lock.c test.
With repeated executions under gdb, I could trigger a segmentation fault and
reproduce the assert.</pre>
