Both code variants produce exactly the same arrays.
With C++14, one is left as code that will be run at startup,
the other was successfully 'constexpr'-computed.
With C++17, the first variant is successfully 'constexpr'-computed too.
Both variants are clean as of -fsanitize=address,undefined,integer.</pre>
