Repro & generated bug report
Using clang on windows, trying to compile the Catch2 single-header
(<a href="http://catch-lib.net">http://catch-lib.net</a>) version 2.1.0 results in a crash.
Only if compiled as a precompiled header, though ('-x c++-header').
Attached is a full repro and the generated bug report by clang.</pre>
