C++ file which causes crash

The clang frontend crashes at the end of file when compiling a small C++ file.

The crash can be reproduced by invoking:
  clang++ -o /dev/null -std=c++1z -stdlib=libc++ -Wall -Wpedantic -Werror -O0
-emit-llvm -c value.cpp
where value.cpp is the name of the file.

Although the file is not valid C++, clang should not crash.

This occurred on Antergos Linux with kernel version 4.14.5-1-ARCH, with clang
version 5.0.0.</pre>
