<pre>It's really as simple as it says on the box. The cause is probably that our
dynamic linker plugin hooks the shared library load event too late. This
affects Linux and probably all other ELF targets as well. I'll commit a
TestBreakpointInGlobalConstructors test to demostrate this.</pre>
