Here's a cleaned-up version of the testcase:
enum { t };
bool b = 3.i < t;
There are two bugs here. First, we should never have built a relational
comparison expression between a _Complex double and an enumerator at all.
But the assert is also bogus; it fires for this (valid) code:
enum { t };
bool b = 3.i == t;</pre>
