<pre>Gfx8 -> Gfx9:
Existing Gfx8 VALU instructions (ADD, ADDC, SUB, SUBREV, SUBB, SUBBREV) have
different mnemonics. The "_CO_" suffix added in order to explicitly express the
carry-out semantics.
New VALU instructions added: ADD, SUB, SUBREV. These do not read and write
carry out.
Quiet change: Gfx8 sources which have ADD, SUB, SUBREV shall be updated for
Gfx9. Either second output operand shall be removed, or mnemonic shall be
changed to the one with "_CO_" suffix.</pre>
