<pre>__stosb should generate a "rep stosb" instruction.
In the current implementation, however, it creates a call to memset.
This is unacceptable when you need the exact behavior of this intrinsic.
One possible solution is to insert inline assembly like
clang/lib/Headers/intrin.h does, that way it shouldn't be optimized away.</pre>
