<pre>Resolving as fixed: we use vblendv now on the test in the problem description,
and we use vblendv for the cases in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=32866#c1">comment 1</a> where it makes sense.
The AVX1 256-bit cases use andn/and/or, and that's likely the best they can do
in that situation.</pre>
