Fix
libc++ doesn't work with (soon to be released) glibc 2.26 because the
(nonstandard) xlocale.h header has been removed from glibc, but is being
included by libc++.
The patch I'm attaching fixes the issue for glibc 2.26, but should be tested on
older glibc versions.</pre>
