<pre>The corresponding libstdc++ bug report

due to wording changes in the C++17 standard. Have the corresponding changes in
libc++ already been applied? I see the new operator new overloads in <new>, but
I'm just an end user, so I don't know whether additional changes need to be
made.</pre>
