<pre>Lit itself comes with a testsuite, which can be launched with `utils/lit/lit.py
--path [path to bin directory] utils/lit/tests`.
They no longer seem to pass, and it seemed to have been a while since they did:
e.g. they refer to `FileBasedTest` class which no longer exists.
Ideally, we should integrate them into one of `check-X` commands, so they can
be run in CI.</pre>
