<pre>Fixed by Peter Smith's r306282 and FreeBSD changes. Andrew Turner has now
booted a lld-linked kernel + world to the login prompt with a couple of hacks /
workarounds; we will submit new LLD PRs for remaining issues, if appropriate.</pre>
