<pre>The erratum can only trigger if there are Neon instructions in an IT block.
Neon instructions in an IT block has been deprecated for years in the ARM ARM,
but LLVM was still producing them.
I've adapted LLVM to not put Neon instructions in IT blocks anymore in r305998.</pre>
