<pre>When building and installing llvm without including libcxx, the resulting
installation will have missing standard library header (on macOS 10.12 with a
clean installation, on top of which only Xcode and Xcode console tools were
added).
I believe that this should be mentioned somewhere on the Getting Started page
of Clang, maybe as a note/remark.</pre>
