<pre>There doesn't appear to be any way to affect indentation for extern "C" {}
blocks. Currently they always format to the following:
extern "C"
{
extern foo();
extern bar();
}
An option to indent inner would be great, such as:
extern "C"
{
extern foo();
extern bar();
}</pre>
