        <pre>We don't support MSVC, only Clang-cl or clang++ on Windows. It doesn't
reproduce with either of those. It also doesn't reproduce when using MSVC 2015
or 2017 as the libc implementation.

Resolving as INVALID because it uses an unsupported frontend, but it could
alternatively be FIXED since we at least have some Windows support.</pre>
